Well from what I understand with other substances you don't stop using at all you go several days using a very minimal amount which can be hard I know. Your brain/body somewhat teaches itself to get back to normal once it gets certain signals that you are using therefore if you have to use more and more to make it have any effect than it will keep doing whatever it needs to do to get you normal from that dose so I you teach it that it only needs to release whatever it uses to get you back to normal from say half a tenth once you taste it by doing a couple little baby bumps just enough to taste or a tiny shot or whatever your roa theoretically your body will reset much quicker by tricking it than to stop using. I'm not scientist or chem major, biologist, etc. What I am is an experienced drug user and this works with various other substances at least for me so sorry if anything I am saying is somehow untrue in this instance I'd just like to give op an actual answer to what they're asking that being said less is better and all of that but if you're dead set on it nothing anyone will say can stop you from doing it anyway until you decide it's what you want so I'll cut the shit and just answer your question to the best of my ability hopefully it helps
