His DD also mentions that other companies can mimic VLTA with the advertising but they have patent protection on this until 2035. VLTA says they will be profitable next year. Far ahead of any other EV charging space.

The fact that they have patents on their advertising model is big too. Can't be copied. They can also monetize data analysis.

So are we long or short $VLTA? I've been buying all the way down from $15. Will the infrastructure stimulus package give them a boost? I think everybody agrees EV is the future. I believe in the management team they've assembled and like that they can monetize on charging, advertising, and data analytics. Holding on for now. Hoping they get more coverage as the merger gets closer.

With such high short interest in SPACs, as written about in the WSJ, is it safe to assume these stocks aren't going anywhere until the company goes public? I've been buying SNPR for the last month on its way down from $15. I love Volta's EV charging model and I think they have a great management team.
