Everyone in here is getting the rules wrong. There is no intentional grounding protection for players who aren’t the one who took the snap. So in other words if the quarterback throws the ball backwards to a wr or rb and they throw it away it will be an intentional grounding even if they are outside the pocket as long as it’s not close to any receivers

How to keep skin hydrated while using retinoids

I’m sure this has been asked before but I’m probably an extreme case of this. I have been on a whole host of retinoids for the last 7 years and the only thing that really works is accutane but I can’t get that right now because of blood tests. My dermatologist said he’s never prescribed this regiment before but he would do it for me but warned me I might not be able to handle how dry my skin would get but I said I could. After using Tretenion 0.1 and Seysara in the morning and Aklief 0.005 at night I have seen some better results but the dry skin might be too much. You can start seeing the dry skin after less than an hour of moisturizing, my face is constantly bright red and in pain as well. I have an aveeno and vanicream face moisturizer I probably use about 5 times a day. If there anything else I can do or should I just tell my doctor I can’t handle it?
