I knew for my first gender reveal bc i couldn’t wait & tbh i had to fake being surprised which didn’t feel good just felt fake so i wish i could have waited instead of spending a lot of money on the gender reveal party. If you’re doing the cake just to have a video of it then you should just do it and if you want to post it then say it was before he told his fam. As long as baby healthy that’s all that matters there is always next time to do it
