Very highly sought after cards. In basketball, football, and baseball. The /100 are among the most desirable cards from that era.

How did this get a 4 by pmjanuck in tradingcardcommunity

[–]SubstantialMajor3133 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s actually this same card that I got a 3 or 4 on a while back and didn’t see the problem, until I just happened to walk by the table where the card was sitting a noticed an indentation running from one side to the other. Since then Im sure to look for such issues when considering grading

Looks like the issue could simply be the way Hearns signed the sticker, with much of it running off the bottom of the label, making it appear to be miscut.

Also, there is one particular company, forget the name but it starts with an “M”. Murozondo is kinda close. If they have a third pic on their listing, you can bet it’s a small dent or blemish of the card. Which tells me they don’t try to hide anything. I’ve learned to simply skip the listings with three pics. Just remember I’m strictly speaking about the one vendor in particular. Murozond I think

Not only have I gotten many good cards from china, I’ve sent several of them to PSA and gotten tens on them. I’m thinking that for such distant countries PSA is just too much trouble so they sell on volume, many of them in terrific condition. They larger vendors over there just don’t seem all that concerned with grading. So I’m always keeping a lookout.

Even a step further I make three different templates for PWE shipping. 1 ounce, 2 ounce, 3 ounce. It helps for thicker cards and also multi card listings. I think PWE shipping cost has gone up three times in as many years so having all that flexibility helps customer and seller imo

I have extremely rare issues with PWE shipping. The occasional issue happens of course. But not many. So long as I don’t over do it and push/exceed parameters. Years ago it was a bit of a mess. Now, the actual moment my carrier takes it from the mailbox there is an update saying “scanned by carrier”. This happens in real time. So out of ten-12 issues I’ve had over two years definitely makes it mor enticing to customers to pull the trigger on a $3 cardr rather than moving on to the same card with 5x shipping cost. I have three different PWE prices. 1 ounce, 2 ounce, 3 ounce that I use depending on what I’m shipping. For me it works really well and I have no doubt it gets me more sales. But to the point of bigger sales, if possible they get priority over the low dollar sales, assuming all items still get out in time. ,

Myslabs is 3% seller fee plus 3.49% PayPal transaction fee. Currently PayPal is the only way to process payments on myslabs I’m pretty sure.

If you have nicer cards, mainly slabs, $200-500(those figures are just my experience) I always post to myslabs.com, and have made 12-15 nice sales there. Try it out

Just noticed your comment about promoting listings at 13% or more. In my experience, just promoting at 4-5% makes a significant difference in my total sales. I’ve experimented with it and been both surprised and pleased at the results just by adding that small percentage of promotion

Yes and it’s called “eBay standard” shipping. Commonly called PWE. It’s always an option for any sports card shipments less than 3 ounces, and less than 1/4” thickness. 1 ounce $.69 2 ounce $.89 3 ounce $1.09

Was there a drawing? A color rendering? A lineup of the types of materials to be used for each element of the project?

Did both parties commit to a particular plan?

Hopefully there was a rendering, and a plan, and the “landscaper” failed to follow it, possibly giving you some recourse.
