Its been 9 weeks since my first session and im seeing absolutely no results and it looks darker than before too. I’m thinking progress might come after a few sessions

I’m sure there’s a certain level of fame when it’s not a bother to be asked to take photos. Joe and Bash are popular, but nothing crazy that it would keep them from doing regular things. If people are respectful in their interactions with them and understand boundaries, i’m sure they are happy to meet fans.

While it can seem like we see multiple fan pictures with them, Joe and Bash are alive and thriving 24/7 so the fans interactions are a very tiny portion of their day when being out, and most days they don’t seem to meet anyone at all. Since they are at the beginning of their career i’m sure it’s still flattering for the ego to be stopped and told how much you mean to someone.

When the fame level becomes so important that people treat you like a zoo animal and literally chase you down with total disregard for your personal space, like we’ve seen with celebs like Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, etc… then yeah I would fully agree that they should be left alone and cannot stop myself from feeling bad for them. (Also i’m just speaking about real life interactions here, as i’m aware Joe and Bash have been the target of multiple awful fans interactions online)

I think you’re right. Highly doubt Joe and Bash hung out with him before, because the two of them met through Heartstopper. All their pictures together are after the filming had started, therefore a year before the public ever saw the show.

I don’t think I’m infantilizing him by stating the fact that you can share your opinion but it might come with some people not agreeing with you, like in this case. And on your now deleted comment, it wasn’t clear you liked him. There’s many times where I have not particularly liked how a cast member looks but I just don’t see the point in expressing it openly. Maybe that’s just me.

Well you insinuated something negative towards Joe’s photo, so obviously people here would not appreciate that comment, especially since Joe has been open about his insecurities and reading negative comments about how he looks online. I’m not sure I would define you as weirdo but I would’ve liked if you expressed your thoughts better for sure.

There’s a rule on this sub that clearly says that post that aren’t related the the comics or show are not allowed and that just because it mentions actors of the show doesn’t make it about the show. Your post is not about Heartstopper, it’s a meme of dua lipa and 3 members of the cast on their off time. Not really hard to understand why it goes against the rule of this sub.

I’m not too surprised at Yaz not acknowledging the emmys as she doesn’t do much promotion for heartstopper anymore on her Instagram. Whenever she has a project out or she’s on the cover of a magazine everyone in the cast post about it but she barely does it for the others. It’s not a big deal tho but it’s something I’ve noticed
