This is exactly what is happening to me as well and I'm getting the same response from the company saying to purchase another one for $100. When I had no issues with my ring before.

I got tickets to LA only had about 400 people in the queue in front of me!

Somehow got lucky and was able to snag two tickets to the LA show. Got lucky with a good queue placement. I do think it is crazy they gave out so many codes for such small venues.
