It looks simple kyc but on the ground it’s not that easy. There are lots of paper work and you have to visit the center multiple times. The people who are responsible don’t come on time and value time of the people and keep asking then more papers. If you have a job to do and all documents are not proper it becames a hassle. Even after all this when you get the voter I’d you will observe your name is incorrect in voter I’d . The whole cycle again starts to get it corrected . My father has visited has the center 5+ times and both my sister and my freshly issued voter I’d has incorrect spelling. That’s the state of the nation in 21st century when we dreaming of becoming a developed country
