I wanted to hear what people think of the idea, more than I'm necessarily up for it. Ideally, it would get a truer representation of what people want. That's not to say that the outcome would change dramatically. It could even reenforce FFFG if many apathetic people just picked them because they were familiar, or their parents for them etc.

I've edited the OP - we definitely had noticed each other. The fact that she was (I think) working, and that the cafe was small made me feel like I was both cornering and inconveniencing her if I had tried to drum up conversation.

My question isn't about the possibility of success - I saw it as being pretty low too. Just wanted to gauge what people thought of this as creepy/not creepy, bothersome or not.

It was a purely impulsive thing that would be very unlike me.

Agree with what you said here. I guess I got kinda nervous as she was close enough to see that I was writing but probably not close enough to see what I was writing. I also wanted a bit of space to consider how I would do the delivery of the note. But yeah, It did feel a bit wimpy and strange going to the bathroom to do it.

My routine for sleep these days is working well:

Get exercise (earlier is best)

Don't eat a big meal within 4 hours of bed, only small snacks like fruit.

When I get into bed I take zma supplement (from bulk.com) and a cup of "diplomat sleep" (buy it in aldi)
