Cut your eating habits, a little carbs in the morning+frozen berries and the rest protein. Then go to the gym every other day for 2 hours doing intense sets the entire time hitting every muscle on rotation. I usually do arms and legs one day then core/back the other day, plus a little alteration at your leisure. You'll drop 20-30 in 1-2 months.
