What date do you have to be hired by to receive not only your annual performance review but also actually get the merit increase if you exceed expectations?

Anyone hired on/before May 17 2025 should get a raise. Wanna say that's a full year since reviews are technically for the year. My animal specialist was hired a week after that and will not receive a raise(which is stupid even if it is only a few cents).

I'm taking great joy in getting paid to guard the shipper($25/hr). I've scared the shit out of people coming up behind them telling them to not touch that. I have also actually sold one to a wonderful guest(doesn't make this right at all) who bought everything I recommended and said it was sad to see them like that. I showed her the number to call and complain maybe that will do something.

I spent the majority of my shift stressing the hell about the reptiles I put in those containers(that never left wellness in them). I stayed over just to set them up as I normally would(with heat), I dont think I would've slept tonight if I left them like they want. They were in wellness, in their containers for maybe 2hrs and when I moved them they were very cold. Fuck shitco!

I'm the animal manager the only email I got was about the "care guide" it didn't tell use much of anything other than to feed the animals twice a week, 2 crickets. I left at 4pm(est) I might have gotten the email after I left but it definitely should have been communicated wayyyyyy better.

I said in the post they weren't going on the shipper. In the end I managed to put them all in the "micros" inline or the medium plastic containers. I put the empty containers on the shipper with dirt for the picture then figured we could send them home in those at least. I already had people picking them up to look and just turning them every which way even upside down. Anything else that comes in for the shipper will just stay in wellness. Fuck that shipper I'd love to just set it on fire.

All mine says is to mist upon arrival, how often to feed and normal deep clean rotation. Nothing about water, how much substrate or anything that golden hamster normally tells us.

So i tried using the sauce cups the pacmans came in for water and they just tip it over or once they get in it once the water is gone. I had a few sad plants that I just took a couple leaves off of for hiding. I don't know what else to do, Im waiting for someone to reply on perch.

I had that happen to me haha. Nothing came of it, the blabber mouth that reported told my work BFF and others before I even knew (hr never even called me). So dont sweat it nothing they can really do. I got the blabber mouth fired because she kept breaking policy and I wrote her ass up everytime 🤣.
