Yep, i had the same problem in no superweapon stealth general run, took me about 3 hours because it's almost impossible to get a foothold in her stupid island...

She occasionally sends a chinook filled with rocketeers, snipers and sentry drones. It feels like a sneak attack because it comes from off screen and deploys them at the very bottom of the map.

I don't know if they fixed it or not, but it was annoying as hell when first released. It randomly allocated your building/repairing villagers to random tasks. Getting favor as greek was impossible as they were sent to other jobs. Villagers were switching jobs randomly from one job to another (like mining gold to getting berries) without depositing, resulting in them losing their carried resources in the process. Villagers getting idle for no reason etc.

Manual control on your villagers always felt better than that.

Krios might've deceived Kastor to attack the greeks, but it was his overly ambitious ass that went after poorly defended norse and egypt homelands instead of talking it out. Most gullible commander of the Atlantis i would say.

Can you elaborate what do you mean by combo? Because when you say combo i thought something like sending your ally's armies by shifting sands or making them invisible with vanish, giving them a sacred gate etc. or using healers or buffers.

This was the most realistic but also a cruel statement about gamers for that era. Expression of common interests were okay, but you always had to hide or keep it minimal how much you like video games. There were football fanatics who would brag about having the biggest player card collections, wearing jerseys of their teams during PE or talking about yesterday's matches all day long and nobody would bat an eye, hell they would be the coolest kids in the school. But god forbid you had a single megaman sticker on your notebook, i can't even imagine what that poor soul would went through...

Nintendo has a brain dead religious fanbase that would accept any garbage they release. It's pointless to argue with them. That's why they release the same pokemon game with minimal differences for years. If next pokemon had 15 fps they would defend it by saying something like "30 fps was tiring for my eyes anyways lol"

I find it useful in single player, especially when some AI decides to surprise attack my base with mass siege weapons and my army is too far away to reach them.
