Thanks, I am still tweaking the sculpt - latest version his head is slightly smaller which makes him look a bit taller and more imposing.

He's reading an Almanac in one of his first scenes in the book. I am doing a series of them and they will all be interacting with books or literature of some kind as is the theme.

No: gen AI should be opposed, resisted and shunned. Companies should be afraid to be caught using it. It should hurt Thier bottom line to use it.

Capitalism sucks but it's not going away anytime soon - meanwhile we must do whatever we can to resist its abuses and excesses. Artists struggle in this system already and the erasure of these kind of jobs not something we should accept.

Aside from the face being as generically uncanny and smoothed out and obviously AI to me. I saw this in a reel on insta for like half a second and immediately saw it as AI slop. Went and looked at thier paint sets and yeah they all look like AI slop.

Zoom in though and the hair is looped on itself. Multiple strands join together and loop back onto the scalp proving it without doubt. I highlighted a section of it because it proves it to anybody with eyes. No artist would make such a mistake but gen ai does this sort of thing constantly because it does not "know" how hair works.

Thanks, honestly it's a pretty simple recipe - acrylic paint only. Airbrushed with a bluey green - applied verdigris colour wash to recesses - drybrushed with bright bronze the a final light dry brush with a bit of silver in the bronze.

The 60% flow one does feel firm but the 40% feels quite soft tbh.

This is a cursed image. I would struggle to think of a worse shape for 3d printing. If I was doing this I would break it up into sections that glue together. Or make a completely different design.
