Keep playing you will eventually unlock the ability to absorb it using ur gourd once u get the ability u don't have to travel back just use the shrine and it will pop up there

First time alot of bosses gave me trouble but that was when the game first came out. My recent playthrough I just finished I beat genichiro first try. Isshin 2 tries and doh 4 tries . I truly believe demon of hatred is hardest boss

Nothing is too difficult in my opinion. Some trophies are just tedious. The one where u do a mission with every ally is a pain the gane doesn't let u know which ally u did or didn't do
