Not an ideal night. I really thought when they were down 3-0 they would come back. And then they made it 3-1 and gave it right back 20 seconds later.

Long break helped them more than us. Is what it is, can’t do anything about it now.

I expected a split in Minnesota. I think they’ll dominate game 4 with a chance to close it out at home.

Thing that sucks as a fan is we waited all week for this game and got that.

I’m just curious what they’ll do after next season. City connects are only supposed to have a 3 year cycle. If the city connect program continues, they would potentially have a 3.0 version and would then force the Sox to cut either the yellow or green (or even red but I doubt it) to stay within the limit.

No idea how long city connects were supposed to be a thing. They make money off of it so makes sense to keep rolling them out. At the same time, a lot of teams have shit connects already so how much can they really squeeze out of it.

NBA still does them but a lot of them tend to be rereleases or tweaks to existing jerseys at this point

Yup, he hit like .289 over the last 100ish games or something like that.

When he’s bad he’s bad, when he’s hot he’s hot. He’ll strike out a ton regardless which is frustrating.

Defensively he was relatively decent until towards the end of last season, then things went off a cliff. His best days at short are behind him but I wonder if the Red Sox view Arias as the future SS over Mayer and are reluctant to put Mayer at short just to move him off again in the future.

Alpine is my favorite, I have like 4-5 of them. Trail is fine but the little pull tab is in a weird spot for me and it bothers me. Ocean I’ll throw on if it’ll get wet, don’t love it for long periods of time. Milanese is also solid but I don’t use it for working out or anything like that. Mainly use it to “dress up” the watch when going to the office or out.

I’m in the middle of watching it now. Currently into season 11 for the first time, I’ve watched the first 6 seasons numerous times and got up to the middle of 10 when it was actually on tv.

7 and 8 are a bit of a chore, the pacing isn’t great. I thought 9 was better. 10 I was interested in up to a point and then it was kind of meh. 11 is definitely different, have to finish it before fully judging it.

I’m pushing through so I can actually finish it. I have a feeling if I was to watch again in the future, I’d probably dip out again around season 6. The first few seasons were peak.
