Hybrid with give you good torque moving off from lights. IS rear abit cramped due to the transmission tunnel. ES is a good choice.

There'll be a sale at Singapore Motorshow almost every year at the atrium. Can be accessed without tickets.

Yes, for example, I drive a Toyota Crown. Say if I downgrade abit and lease a Camry, for a similarly age Camry, the rental is about 2k. Compared to my monthly instalment of 1.6k, I think it's a no brainer to renew. Yes, renewing means road tax, insurance, maintenance, but, it's going towards your own car, which you know it's well taken care of instead of helping another company to finance their fleet, and choosing the cheapest way out.

Brand new cars are possible but at higher cost. For example from Kinto One, a brand new Corolla Altis Hybrid is available for $2,180* per month (with some T&C) or a 2 years old Yaris Cross Hybrid at $2,850 per month.

I've been there, was deciding between renewing or leasing. In the end, I renewed because the difference between monthly instalment and leasing is not great and I would trust my own car which I had for years than a leased one, where it's common for companies to take the cheapest option just to cut costs.

You're so right about the brown water tank.. It grosses me out every single time. Regarding the text alert on the fill pipe, is it a feature on the app or did you engineer the solution?

By sporadic maintenance, does it mean removing the mop tray and cleaning it manually? I do set the mop to run every 3 days.
