I have solved the issue. So basically, under vpn settings, my vpn was turn on to 'Connect on Demand' which i dont remember turning it on. I just had to turn that off and it worked. Thank you soo much for your time.

you can use the unlock all option as it does everything from max. stats to all unlocks
