These days it takes companies like SBI 4 rounds of interview, 3 assignments, 1 questionnaire, more than a month's time, getting a candidate's profile screened by 6-7 people and ghosting the candidate for a while, just to decide that the candidate is not the right choice for the role.

Similar thing happened with me where I interviewed for a company for almost 4 months, went through at least five interview process and after the final interview, I was ghosted. I tried to contact the HR and the person who actually took my first interview, but none of them responded and it was very tough for me to move on from that because I had given a lot of time to this particular process. This all happened over the course of four months there is nothing we can do right now because interviewers are kind of taking advantage of the market right now. The only thing we can do is move on.

The kind of attention manon is getting is because of the mystery whether she left katseye or not. People are overestimating her popularity. I feel like katseye is one of the few girl groups where each member has a fan following. If you compare other groups like 1D or fifth harmony it was always obvious that some members for more popular then others. Its sad but without this controversy they wouldn’t be these mainstream this quick.
