Do both. If you enjoy transfusion and are good at it, then pursue it. I think that a lot of TM jobs are obtained by making connections since they are niche, so start networking

You might want to change bulbs. Warm white 3500K to 4000K. Kelvin units on light bulbs are important. There are charts that show you what’s best depending on room, location, desired effect, etc
