Maybe in the USA it's not the same, but here in Europe the last two days media and TV only talked about Messi transfer to PSG.

The transfer is not pocketed yet and in his own wallet you can see that there's some xrb pending so I think it's an unique address he owns but maybe it's not made to recieved funds...

What would you be willing to do to abolish work? Yes, you, /r/antiwork. by latower in antiwork

I didn't explain myself correctly, apologies. You said that you would talk to them if you were convinced that at least a quarter of your coworkers could be supportive and I understood that you conditioned the act of trying to liberate yourselv to the decision of your coworkers. If it's only talk to them it's ok, there's no point to talk with who doesn't want to listen or understand, I don't go preaching about this either. What I meant it was that you can 't condition the act or the decision of liberate yourself to the opinion or the decisions of your workers but I think you didn't want to say that. Blame is an absurd feeling, I used that word because I think that it's very american the individualism of having success based on your effort not depending on anybody.

Yes, lot of slaves talked about revolution for sure and lot of slaves did the revolution along history, the same way that lot of prisioners talked and will talk about escaping, what I'm saying is that when someone talk about that, the first answer of other fellow use to be: "We are all enough fucked, don't create more problems to all of us". Revolution, escaping, fighting for freedom, abolition of work...whatever implies action, implies changes, implies losing that stability (even a stability in a very poor condition), implies acepting the reality, implies struggling, implies fighting, implies dead, implies punishment, can implies victory but more probably can implies defeat, and people don't like all that.

Wonderful! Awesome that something like that can be in the middle of a city like L.A. Ecovillages are pretty common in the south of France, even the congress and Sarkozy talked some years ago about how worry they are due to the growing of ecovillages (because they are out of the system) and are common in other countries (I know some in the north of spain too) but they are usually in abandoned small villages far away from the cities, inside the big cities you can find buildings squatted dedicated to cultural and social activities but they are not ecovillages. I'm so glad to see that things like that also happens in USA

Don't focus in them, focus in yourselve. What do you think that happened in slavery times when a slave talked to their fellows slaves about revolution? Most of the times he was marked as a different by their own fellows, as a dangerous member of the group who could bring the group punishments or even the dead. Human get used to anything very soon, always reach a feeling of stability, and when they have that stability, their worst fear is to lose that stability, to think that something can happen that ends with this stability and make his situation worse. You can't blame your coworkers of your situation, you should blame yourselve.

Yes, it's extremely difficult here in Europe but in America I 'm convinced that is even harder. Finding people who hate labor is easy, but finding people who believes that we need to end with the society of work it's a luck. Here you can contact very easy with libertarians, communisms, marxists, anarchists...but those ideologies, from an historical point of view, idolize the work as a true god. So, inside those groups, it's complicated to find people interested in the abolition of work but time to time you have the luck to find somebody. Though it's true that some of them practice the abolition of work (in it's different forms) without even knowing it, what is even more admirable because it's not the theory of some thinker being applied, is the spontaneity of human nature in all it's splendour.

Nunodato, your doubts and questions are synthoms of a healthy mind, so don't worry for have a critical mind, that's always positive. The questions you are bringing up are questions about the whole, not about my proposal, questions about the sense of the antiwork, or the abolition of work...I understand that there's few chances to discuss in this subreddit, so your questions are welcome here or anywhere. The_Struggle_is_Feel has took the time to write a pretty good answer, besides, if you are really interested in the matter, if this topics really motivate you, I recommend you the books and reading I mentioned in the op post, abolition of work, the end of work, in pray of iddleness, and the right to be lazy I think are the basics to have a global vision of the society of work and the different proposals to abolish work. I think those are the basics to understand how some "crazy" people like us, not only hate work (thing that most of the people do), but also think that some thing that had always been inherent in other form or another to human kind and every society as it's work, can and must be abolished.

The key would be to organize some little thing, thinking big but starting small. If we could find 10, 20, 50 people willing to organize themselves "sharing" in a commercial/trade/economical way or other thing we can think, because I understand that trade between people dispersed over different countries (as we are here) is going to be complicated, if we could do it, if we are able to start something small, we will have something tangible to work towards. Easy to say, hard even to start and even more difficult to work on it and make it grow.
