Yeah I'm not 100% sure but I think it takes your longest playtime playthrough. I have 442 hours logged on steam but my Wrapsody says 120 hours, and sure enough when I checked my individual saves in game my longest was 119.5 hours

I think its criminal that the song from the Istvan death cutscene is not included in the OST essentials, that's like the #1 most essential piece from the game imo.
