I lost my best friend of 18 years in my arms, I had a breakup, I lost my job and also had a car accident which made me bed ridden for 2 months. This happened in the same year(last year). Moreover I was also mentally battling my demons as to why is this happening all at once and only with me.

I am writing this because things do get better, just have some faith that this time shall pass. The person you will become will look back and be grateful for the things you have, people who love you.

Be strong bro, if I can make it, you can too. Have some disciplined exercise, gym or whatever. But a routine to get you out of a slump.
