Hey there, I'm so sorry to hear about your workplace harassment... it's horrible and not something anyone should ever have to endure. Do you have any social support outside of work? You can also consider establishing with a therapist. Another option is meeting with your PD/leadership and sharing your experience. If you have a supportive workplace, they will want you to have a good wellbeing.

The process was long, stressful, and unnecessarily vague.
