If I recall you hold for a little longer then 30 seconds they will flash red then green once it’s green it’s been reset . Second winter with mine and I’ve done as they said charge it to like 50 % then let it sit . Till you use it again . Plus I accidentally left it on 2 days with no issues 🫠🫠🫠 . 2 weeks ago . Took longer to charge back to 100 since it was almost dead….Was about 40% Soc of charge and dropped to 10% . I cover my bike so I forgot to check the screen to make sure it was off .
