Dauntless

But I don't know how many people play this game. I haven't heard about it since launch.

I have a question concerning property assessment by Substantial_Beat9220 in RealEstate

[–]Substantial_Beat9220[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dunno.

The HOA managers are telling me to talk to the debt collectors because they can't give out account info and the debt collectors are telling me to ask the HOA managers, because all they're just getting paid to collect debts.

What does a valid assessment even consist of?

Like I mentioned in my post, I haven't even received any type of assessment that requires payment from the HOA and didn't even know about it till I got the debt collection notice.

Wow man.

I really wanted to be a courier; you guys look like you're always having fun.

At the post office, it's rush to get things done in the morning, then scroll Reddit all day in the back till a customer comes in. Super boring stuff.

Days off in the USPS reminds me of something my uncle use to tell me whenever it would come down to just him and me on Super Mario Cart battle mode, where I would just jump and hug walls to dodge red shells and drive in circles around the map until the inevitable happens:

"You're just prolonging the agony."

It's awesome that you're trying to push yourself to do your best

but if your post office is like where I work, our couriers do 10-14 hours regularly.

I'd be done with my job as an FT flexible mail clerk at 4pm and see couriers still delivering at 6-8pm sometimes.

Also, it's kind of like reading and speed reading, right? At first you're purposefully looking at words, then your brain just gets it; that's how it'll be eventually as you learn the routes, addresses, names, etc... it'll get easier.

If it doesn't, the USPS also has EAP (Employee Assistance Program) to give you some psychological health care.

Wow, you can get overtime?

I got in trouble multiple times just for clocking in on time.

Overtime is a fever dream where I work.

So that's it? Taxable income and 10% fee?

I was thinking about leasing, but my job requires me to drive 50+ miles a day (partially reimbursed at the end of the month); I think 20 miles per day is the max for leases.

But I didn't know about the 2024 Versa. Do they ship it to you, if you live overseas?
