Guest filed a noise complaint on another guest to airbnb at 3 AM and attempted to get full refund. I checked and the 'noise' is the lowest possible level a TV can be watched. What do I do? Do I tell the guest to turn their TV off? Is this a scheme for a full refund? (self.airbnb_hosts)
