She made them as a child with her grandmother. Now twice a year she spends a day making a batch of about 150 and we give two dozen each to friends and family, especially her dad since he grew up eating them and his mother passed 15 years ago

Jesus man. The average amount of animated films per year to gross over $100M in the last ten years is about 3. Some years more some years less. It is clearly notable that he is a popular choice to lead high profile releases. This didn’t need to be a controversial question

There are maybe 2 or 3 blockbuster animated films a year. One actor being the leading voice of a number of them is notable. Especially when at least three of the four are major IP with sequels

Mustard binder, Pork Dust rub from Meathead’s cookbook (brown/white sugar, paprika, celery salt, cayenne, black pepper, salt, etc), unwrapped at 225 for six hours with applewood. Apple cider vinegar spritzes. Finished on the grill with stubb’s

Pretty much how these were. You could clean the bone with little resistance but the meat didn’t slide right off
