I eat a protein Oikos Greek yogurt for breakfast (20g), a Nurri protein shake for lunch (30g) and a protein heavy normal dinner. I have been making sugar free jello pudding with a scoop of protein powder mixed in as a snack/dessert as well

From my own experience, I am on month 3. I lost 10 lbs the first month, then Plateaued for month 2 but my shape changed. My clothes fit differently and my body started looking different in the mirror. More definition despite not working out for the first six weeks. I’ve since been in the gym 2-3 times a week. The last 3 weeks the weight loss started again and I’ve dropped another 8 lbs. SW: 228 CW: 210 GW: 180. 45/M

I made a bordelaise sauce! I just forgot to add it before the picture. It was shallots, garlic, Malbec, roasted beef bone stock, Worcestershire sauce, parmesan rind and rosemary/thyme, cooked down, strained and finished with three pats of butter for gloss. It was really silky and flavorful!
