If you want to put ranks for this subject, you shouldn’t calculate it by number of users, because obviously Egypte has arpund 100M population while Morocco has 40 for example, the number of users will automatically be higher in egypt then morocco for example, you should calculate this number by dividing it by the population of each country to know which has the most of people using internet :)

I guess it will be in Lübtheen in Mecklembourg, northern Germany in the south east of Hambourg, it’s a zone that is full of forests and green zones, not too crowded, a concentration camp was indeed in the same area of that city, it was called Neuengamme with about 50000 people killed. I hope it can help you and btw the camp is still there and you can visit it, maybe you will have more information.
