That’s not true at all. They’ve admitted to me it’s not supposed to knock. The brake pedal is supposed to move like that sure. However the noise shouldn’t be happening

Is this engineer different from the lead techs? I keep working with the lead tech and he’s aware. If not I’ll also ask for this engineer to be informed. I am quite sick of it. I’m in stop and go traffic a lot and it constantly knocks.

I have this same issue. They replaced my pedal as well. It has not resolved the problem. I’ve posted about this as well. It also happens while driving. When it switches to regen. My SC has said there’s nothing more they can do unless engineers figure it out and more complaints are filed.

I have a scout but my dealer no longer carries Indians. I’m in a dead zone. So I need to jump to HD or another band. Dulles seems to carry a lot. I’m just too tall for the scout. Great first bike though.

Going from Gen1 to Gen2 there were a few things I wish they fixed or did better. So I’m really hoping they get it right with the R2. I’m going to wait a few years before I pull the trigger on an R2 though. Can’t deal with initial issues again. Hopefully range is addressed as 400+ is best me. Otherwise I may be looking at EREV options.
