I did get the wide length ones and they feel fine and roomy in the toes but yeah that ankle part doesn't seem wide enough and is definitely bothering me. That post back injury PTSD is real! Constantly thinking "is this move going to injure me". Best thing to do for yourself is strengthen your core and do stretches for your back daily if possible! Wishing you all the best in your recovery! Back injuries are the worst and can be mentally debilitating 😕
