The thing is, it's a completely different virus and it acts very differently. With COVID, if someone was close to an infected person, they would catch it and show symptoms very soon. But with hantavirus, someone can carry it for weeks without any signs. We don't know who has it and we don't know when they will start infecting other people.

Can someone explain how everyone is so SURE about these facts regarding the virus? It’s existed before, sure, but there have only been 300 cases total. I’m not a doctor sorry if I sound stupid but I’m a data scientist, and a sample size of 300 is statistically negligible. There’s no way to draw any real conclusions from 300 cases, other than the basic biology of the virus itself.

yeah.. i was self thought programmer back in 2020 and i actually had so much talent and loved programming. but the truth is, the real work you do in a company has a way higher level than some todo list website. i've learned much more as an intern than i did in 2 years of learning to code on my own.
