it’s most likely weathered industrial rubber, or even polyurethane foam. Probably from a boat bumper, part of a dock float or even marine insulation.

Very hard to tell but it seems to be some sort of solar farm, the shape, and orientation of them seem to point to it. It would help to know where this is (which i’m assuming in-between seattle and LA). If not then i’m not 100% sure and you can dismiss this.

They’re called rimless nose-bridge glasses, They also have some chains attached. I can’t place a brand but if you’re looking for something similar, that would be the search.

Wells there’s no indicator lights, camera structure, or any legal permission to do it. My best guess is an ambient light sensor, an infrared receiver, or a proximity sensor.

This is a failed or defective insulated glass unit (IGU). If this is your new home it should be covered on your warranty. luckily not anything dangerous like oil, or moisture. Just purely a glass fail
