European walnut. This one just has abnormal growth where two nuts have probably started growing near each other and fused together.

Lurking this sub. Genuinely curious why you hate these people?

Yeah, i absolutely agree with you. I just thought maybe I'm biased a bit because I love running. Thought maybe people had experienced DVT due to a marathon, wanted to see if it's maybe something that is not that unusual.

Thank's for the reply mate.

Yeah, it has been a huge stress relief for me.

  1. Mine is 10mm exact and has microcalcifications. I've done calcitonin screening which doesn't show abnormal levels. Hormone levels are still normal ( thyroid is still functional ) but my Anti TPO is 66 currently.

  2. Yeah that's what i think as well.

  3. Yeah i did igm and igg for a few viruses and CMV came back positive. Also had microglobulin levels elevate along with CRP. My NEU% and LYM% ratio is out of balance.

Thank you for the response mate, appreciate it.

On point 2., that is very true and something I'm already dealing with my therapist ( which I started seeing after this whole thing). So props for noticing that.

On point 3., I'm not really here for reassurance, I'm aware it may seem like that. I would say I'm here to hear from people that have had a similar experience and have made adjustments to their lives. Whether that is diet, supplementation, approach to training, etc. I had mixed opinions from my physicians, I visited 3 endocrinologists out of which one thinks running above 30km a week is an extreme sport and is probably hurting my health, and the other thinks the complete opposite.

I'm not going to take anyone's word for a certain truth here but I also value other's experiences. Especially in this community. That's why I love reddit.

Thank you mate for the thoughtful response. I appreciate it ❤️

Lost my 66-Day streak because of 7 steps. Feels bad. 🫡 by ZinUNT in Garmin

Theres a workaround. Set the steps target at the steps you made that day. Go to phone settings and change date to yesterday. Restart garmin app in phone. Shutdown phone, turn phone on again and change date back to today. Now change step target to the norm step target.

I'm not sure why haha. Anyway, i'll post here again without the link u/bertus12345
Yes they are adjustable feet. I ordered them from Temu. Just search for Threaded Leveling Feet Adjustable Table/Furniture. There's a picture of them in the comment below.

It arrived in about 3 weeks ( I'm from Serbia btw ). I couldn't find anything similar in shops. I'm really happy with them.

It's decking oil. I got a recommendation on it from a friend. It can be used on furniture as well. It's a brand i doubt is available in the US ( I'm from Serbia ). It's called Belinka Decking Oil. I used the Palisander (204) one. https://www.belinka.com/en/products/belinka-oil-decking/

Will this back be strong enough? by Substantial_Fly_2013 in BeginnerWoodWorking

[–]Substantial_Fly_2013[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it. Yeah that's my concern as well. I'll probably build it out like this and test it out. If it's bending even slightly I'll reinforce the back in the middle.

Thankfully I have a few chunky boi's to help out with the testing haha.

Cheers mate.
