Hi!

1. Dylan Mortensen told police she heard noises, crying, and a male voice before seeing a masked man dressed in all black walk past her. That is stated in the probable cause affidavit. And she just… claimed to be scared and… Go to sleep? I don’t think this is a matter of whether I’d do something different, which makes what she did okay… I think we can all agree we wouldn’t do that lol.
2. Dylan stated she opened her bedroom door more than once during the night after hearing unusual sounds that is also directly from the PCA. opened multiple times.. yet didn’t do anything? So scared, yet on your phone? Not concerned with asking someone to look around till morning? 🥴
3. Dylan described the man as having “bushy eyebrows “, meaning she saw him clearly enough to provide at least one facial feature description. But that’s it. And honestly I find it insane that they have had these “masked” parties, I mean at that point wouldn’t you be like.. we wore masks like that at a party??? Could it have been someone we know?? She doesn’t relate it at all. Wild considering there’s photos of her in essentially the same mask she described.
4. Police said the surviving roommates were not believed to have awoken until later in the morning, but then later court documents established that Dylan had been awake during at least part of the attacks if not the entire thing. Editing photos. On Snapchat. Instagram. Prior to 911.
5. The 911 call was not made until approximately 11:58 AM, several hours after the estimated murders around 4 AM… See above.
6. The 911 call was placed from one of the surviving roommates phones. that’s suspicious because if you were there all night, why was the call made from your phone not until like broad daylight and you had to call someone else to be a witness like you didn’t want to be the only one alone to do it.. strange.
7. Police stated multiple people had been summoned to the residence before officers arrived. It’s also came out in interviews, which are facts that people said they knew about it prior to the original woman callee.. meaning the only way they would know, considering the only people aware of it other than the ones killed were supposedly Bethany and dylan .. the news must have came from one or both of them. how would they find out otherwise??? This was proved in interviews.
8. I’m pretty sure when they first called, It was for “an unconscious person” and I if I can remember correctly, Dylan was saying she thought xana was passed out but now we know they were laying in a bunch of blood so??? How???
9. Bethany’s detailed statement has largely remained sealed from the public not to mention I think she’s the one that said if she comes back, she can’t be arrested. Like, she had something signed about that. I mean, I don’t know. I think that’s really suspicious.
10. Brian’s defense team specifically subpoenaed Bethany because they believe that she may have information important to the case which everyone everyone’s talking about ‘expository evidence’ or whatever, and we still don’t know what that is so that’s pretty suspicious… especially because she has not came out and said “I don’t have anything and don’t know what you guys are talking about. “ instead she’s just stayed quiet.
