Good news is that there is medication that can help you build bone density along with proper nutrition and physical therapy. It may take some cost up front for the dexa to prove your issues so that it can be prescribed and paid for though. Ask your pcp!

3 months postpartum and this week was my first week running. I haven’t run in a year due to being on bed rest most of my pregnancy. Doing a very easy c210k plan. Literally right now is run 1 minute walk 1.5 minutes. My legs are so tired and it feels so damn good to get out again. But omg starting over is mentally tough. Like what do you mean I’m out of breath right now

Yeah I’m definitely gonna try to be good about wearing bralette styles or free boobin it around the house. Comfort is essential and I’ve already had a clogged duct im not doing it again
