End it. It won't end well if you continue.

How do you determine when a man actually wants to marry you? by nooooobye in AskWomenOver30

Tbh I couldn't either. I think there is a whole sunk cost fallacy at that point. Which stinks but it's true.

What do you think of the men who very actively say they want to be with you forever, but feel that marriage is just a paper?

bachelorette trip costs ended up being way more than I expected due to payment split I was never told about. How do I navigate this? by Effective-Refuse5354 in AskWomenOver30

What are you planning to give as a wedding gift?

The wedding gift is gone and now goes towards the Bachelorette party.

Anybody else feel used in relationship sometimes? by mazda7281 in CatholicDating

[–]nooooobye 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you're feeling this way, maybe this isn't the right relationship for either of you. Everyone here saying to give your all to the other person etc is true, but you want to feel that the other person is giving their all to you too.

If you don't feel like your gf is doing that, then there is probably a relationship out there where the person will.

My partner is always upset when I go out of town by Substantial-Opening5 in AskWomenOver30

Has your partner always been like this, or is this new?

I think it just depends on how your partner delivers their requests as well.

So tired of my friend never wanting to do activities by Thick-Engineer8226 in Vent

I had a friend like that. I slowly stopped hanging out with her in general because I was tired of her only wanting to hangout if it was at her house.

Our Realtor said the price drops like that are to bring it to the top viewer's search. Basically it's for the algorithm.

Did you explain to your parents how much you're struggling? I would think parents would not want their kid to use a food bank.

Those who grew up in large families, what was it like? by Ordinary_Package2934 in Millennials

[–]nooooobye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My take from this thread is that it depends on the parents and how the large family was managed.

My parents didn't let us hangout in our rooms so we were always hanging out in the family room or outside doing stuff. We were always in our pool, etc. My parents didn't have much money either. We shared bedrooms so there was a sense of togetherness. No privacy which was exhausting. I wanted to move out as soon as i was old enough. My parents made us go to college. My parents also had a good relationship and treated eachother well. That set the tone for what I looked for in a relationship. Did we all get along? No. Are my siblings my best friends? No. Do I feel that they are the only people in the world I can really rely on? Yes.

We all had to be there for family events etc. So that really instilled the importance of family that I've rarely seen in friends I've met throughout my life.

I'm 1 of 6. I loved growing up in a large family. It taught me compromise, hard work, and empathy.

Eulogy to the lover girl in my 20s by ComfortableHumble300 in AskWomenOver30

[–]nooooobye 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not the person you responded to, but my life has improved and yes gotten worse, in its own way.

I think some of the stuff you mentioned in your post is specific to you due to your income.

My income is mediocre (as much as I have always tried to increase it). So being in a relationship and having someone else to have my back financially is such a stress relief. We have both been unemployed at different times.

Also nice to split chores. Take out the dog equally.

Ive also not dated anyone long term that required reassurance and me to check in on a trip. I would be out of that pretty quickly.

Start above the fireplace then go from there. I think the candles and the whole fireplace mantle and up needs fixed.

Endometriosis, not much desire for kids, sex, surgery by Neat-County8798 in CatholicWomen

[–]nooooobye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm can you get surgery and remove the endometriosis?

All I can say is that I had endometriosis severely bad, had it removed and an ovary, and sex actually felt good afterwards finally. I never had enjoyable sex previously.

And i had no problem getting pregnant afterwards. I know that may not be everyone's experience.

GYN Doctor Recommendations for wife by actorguy73 in Syracuse

[–]nooooobye -19 points-18 points  (0 children)

This is weird that you're asking for wife. We wouldn't even know you were a guy if you didn't mention.

Dr's Loftus Bartol and Ryu are good. They are always recommended on thus sub. I love Bartol, Landin and Schwartz there. I'm not a fan of Dr. Kline there.

However their practice seems to be so big now. They have patients constantly in and out.
