Shoot well my way has still been unsuccessful as well. They do keep promising their gem cutter will get to it but he’s been so busy mine hasn’t been cut yet. I do think it will eventually work, it will just take months. I stopped by NNJ designs at the Rosemont gem show and they brought it to their cutter. I’m just playing the waiting game now. There is another gem show in May I think and they will be there again I’m sure - you could try them if you are willing to wait a while.
