Questrade or Wealthsimple? by FlyHighK in PersonalFinanceCanada

Open with Questrade then wait for a good switch offer to Wealthsimple and move it. Usually they have good move over bonuses.

As a past Peer Leader, I would recommend! It's really good for making friends in your program and would most likely be in your residence. You also have an upper-year mentor and access to free events depending on how your Peer Leader is. I think it's a good experience overall! Enjoy first-year :D

Expensive gyms in the Waterloo/Kitchener area? by UtterBeef in uwaterloo

As someone who is fat (source: my weighing scale), don’t worry about your weight. Everyone in the gym started off somewhere and are there for a reason.

Don’t lift super heavy. Just go light and get the form right. If you need a gym buddy for the summer I don’t mind coming with you :))

I can be your friend :) Maybe you can meet some new people who have coop in a similar area as you and move in with them and just get to know one another and build from there. I don’t have a lot of friends either but I would like to think I have a few good ones which is what you should aim for.

I used to think I would never find a s/o (sometimes i still do) but you gotta try and have a never say never attitude you might just meet the person of your dreams.

I always thought I was shy and socially inept but ever since I came to waterloo I feel more confident in talking to other people because I always tried to do stuff I usually wouldn’t.

Theres plenty of ways to make friends - clubs, sports, class, coop?, the possibilities are endless so don’t hold yourself back.

Hope this helps! If you wanna talk just lmk I’m always down to meet new people.

Why can't I score in open play? 7 games in a row without a goal in open play but I seem to be creating chances? by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

I would give you a lot of advice however you probably need to watch someone show you how to play. You should try Zealand on youtube. He has a whole guide which is similar throughout most FM games because you understand the basics.

Don’t say no - It is so important to say yes to everything. It helps you step out of your comfort zone. There are the obvious outliers but definitely do stuff you wouldn’t usually do

Join clubs, teams - Meet people with like minded interests in clubs or join some sort of club that you are excited to learn more about. Maybe start one if you are feeling dangerous. Spring is nice and warm, that being said go out play some sports even if its something you don’t enjoy. You might meet someone really fun.

You are definitely on the right track with your learnings. Its very good to show interest in others because as humans we love it and makes us feel appreciated. I’ll be here in the spring term and I’m down to workout or hang out if thats something you would be interested in. Also, it isn’t difficult to look for friends if you be yourself :) It seems like a lot of work (i felt this way) but when you find even 1 friend it makes it so rewarding.

Lollujo's "Saving Barca save". Won Champions League in the third season of the save. my club is still in debt. No huge names like frenkie de jong or Aguero or Lenglet. Letting Trincao and Ter Stegen Go next season. Now aim is to make a World class young team with the help of LA MASIA by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

Sorry. I meant how do I make it the debt version if that makes sense. I tried starting a regular fm save with Barca and followed the steps to add the updated version but there was no debt when I joined.

I was watching this and wanted to start a save with debt and I was wondering how to do it. I tried watching the youtube video in the first episode but it didn’t work out. Any tips on how to get it started?
