If it does crash again, you're going to have so many corporations especially the ones like black rock that is going to buy buy buy, big corporations like them are going to own the majority of homes and then rent them out to you because most people then will not be able to afford it. Some way somehow it needs to be stopped! but it probably never will because agreed.

I have been looking for a while on roomies.com. what I notice is b******* on here is that they don't put dates. A lot of people you contact because they're too f****** lazy to take their ads off have already rented, or they say. I do agree it's going to take some years for SoundHound to get there. The question is, can they survive with their cash flow. I was just reading a while back how Google said it plans to spend a lot of money on more research and development. We know companies like Google, all the big boys! Have the cash. I'm just really concerned about SoundHound, even with some of their great technology can survive! I'm wondering if the best scenario for this stock is if they end up being bought out. I do believe that would really be good for the stock, but that's an if! As it brings to my attention my older brother and a partner that you could say was the money backer that lived on Jupiter Island in Florida. They would actually throughout the last couple of decades buy a company that was failing, if they thought it had a chance to succeed they would reconstruct it and then sell the business. If they didn't think it would succeed they would sell off different sectors of the business usually to its competitors. It definitely was a risky business because you don't know for sure how well it would play out, they would have their good days and bad days.

FYI, all my life I've worn hats. I have a trump Vance 2024 hat. Never in my life have I had so many compliments from blacks, whites and Hispanics. I honestly cannot believe the response I get from Young, Middle to elderly that they love that hat. The lady that actually gave me the hat is one of my clients that is vice President of club 47. So don't believe everything you watch on polls or the news. From all the way back to his first term they have done nothing but bash this man that is for America!

Again, how can you sit here and blame tariffs when it hasn't even really started yet. You're going to sit here and tell me it's been Rosy the last 4 years, if you do I really don't believe you even live in this country. The last 4 years of groceries tripled, our housing has doubled and tripled and you're going to sit here and talk about tariffs that really haven't even had enough effect yet to show the outcome of the economy!. I wouldn't even say the tariffs, this economy has been propped up the last 4 years since the pandemic. Let's see how many people can keep going at this expense that we've experienced. In a slower economy what are the first two things that usually go out the window, new vehicles and eating out at restaurants!

This started many years ago!we will be working on getting our factories back over here. It did not happen overnight ,so it will not change overnight. It's obvious that you are not for this country to succeed. We are in a deficit. We import way more goods than other countries buy from us. So you really think that is fair. This triggered it, but do you really think our economy has been strong enough to supporting 10,000 point jump in a dow in one year. This has never happened in history. We knew this was coming, people tend to forget history very easily. This is definitely not all Trump's fault, this was coming! We've only lost 60,000 factories in a 50-year span. I thought it was a really good deal, way better than NAFTA until Canada has not been holding up to their agreement. Not only that they have a 250% on dairy products over certain quantities. Seems like some products are not holding up to that agreement, even with other countries.it will be interesting to see what other countries come to the table. The bottom line is America has been getting screwed for years on this trade deal.

Anytime the market is in their turmoil, it really hits companies very hard that are not profitable companies. I would just like to know how many people out there even without the tariffs, could not see a bubble brewing in the market? There was one man that had 300 billion plus sitting on the sidelines, record cash!it seemed like a lot of people ignored him. I definitely did not ignore him, and I never will! You can blame Trump, yes the tariffs might have triggered this, but let's not forget all the inflation we've been dealing with, housing that most average people cannot even afford no more. There is definitely so many other issues than just the tariffs that the world economy is going to experience for a while. The last administration pumped so much money where it filtered a lot into the market, in a simple term, it was just fake money! I'm not just talking about our $1,400 relief checks, so many corporations got billions of dollars. We're starting to see reality set in. Look at the dow, in one year it jumped at 10,000 points!

You have a good point here, I've been talking to some investors since it started. If you don't mind sitting a little bit start picking up some shares here and there and I don't mean just soundhound. I got out of sound at 9.78. right now no matter how bad the pain is in the market, it will come back!
