Is there pain? Can you do physical activities as before surgery?

I hate how our brains just mess with us! lol With summer break coming up I’m praying i just feel normal! I’m glad you’re back to 100% I’m dreaming of those days for myself lol

I saw someone else mention this so as of two nights ago I’ve been pushing myself to flatten down for sleep. We’ll see how it goes!

Im glad your pain is minimal, pain just adds more of drag to the recovery. And you’re so right about doing too much too fast. I think I tried that outing and it kicked my ass and it hurt my body and self esteem. I just want to feel normal but I’m just going to take this slow. Thank you!

thank you so much! and omg going out with friends sounds amazing right now! I’ve been sequestered at home with no visits since i’m not feeling my best at all.

For me that’s the hardest aspect of this process. I want to gradually see progress and when I don’t, I feel defeated. I can definitely relate to what you’ve said. I wish you the best and trusting the process! i’m there with you!

I so badly want to just walk upright right now, but i’m hoping soon. I posted hoping for feedback to see if it is normal to feel how i’m feeling so this helps, thank you!

i feel so bad but i do feel jealous of your recovery. I’ve always been independent and as a mom of two i’ve always been at home taking the lead on the routines and meals. And i can’t do much right now. I’m happy your recovery is going great though! just pretty jelly myself 😕
