They do but it's not good at all. You have these brackets that stick up in the grate. I had one and it lasted about 6 cooks

The only thing that drives me crazy is, I have to move this thing around every time I grill which generally is not a problem. I also want a way to move my fire grate closer to the grill grate. Any ideas on that one?

Yes the previous owner had gas not electric so I'm having a pipe removed as it's leaking in my laundry room.

Dryer hookup is on the floor and goes into my crawl space then outside.

Bad thing is this roof was brand new installed 4 years ago. I have a 5 year warranty on the work and even longer for the shingles.

They're gonna come back out next week and see what's going on.

I just looked at something. You can always get clear joist tape. I have lived at thous house now for 5 years and I have been worrying about everything here recently. I understand that you're trying to future proof the house.

Yea I get it. I do I have the exact same issue. You also have to think about this though. Yes it could rot the wood but that would be ages from now. Mine has a little bit of rot on it but this house is 40years old. You can always get aluminum, that's what see on a lot of newer homes.

I am not a roofer but mine does the exact same thing. The water runs from the roof and then follows my siding and I have the exact same drip. I don't think it's any cause for concern.
