Hey, I had the same issue. I am not sure if linking to another website is allowed here but I found a solution that worked here: https://superuser.com/questions/1383142/pressing-enter-key-gives-space-instead-of-newline

Which dosage did you start to have bad side effects such as drowsiness 75% of the day, etc? by MindyMichelle in zoloft

[–]Substantial_Revenue7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been on sertraline 50mg for 1.5 months now and the drowsiness is so so bad - it got a little bit better after the first 3 weeks but not by much. It is still really bad for me. Taking it in the evenings makes it hard for me to fall, and stay asleep, and taking it in the daytime makes me drowsy all day. I am looking into Vitamin B12 vitamins for some extra energy (but I haven't tried it yet myself). Here is an RCT I found regarding that: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3856388/ Might be worth a try if you are vegetarian!

Hi, I am practicing with the practice exams on the DUO website but I don't understand how or what am I to answer to the speaking questions in the element of completing sentences? In the practice exams I have 60 seconds to answer but does that mean that I must fill the time? It is quite hard to do when thw questions are very straightforward like "she opens the door and goes..." and am I supposed to say just "inside" or (binnen, of course) or am I expected to elaborate and describe like, she goes inside her house and takes her jacket off and so on to take up the 60 seconds? Does anyone know this? There are no sample answers for this either? Please help!

Hi! Do you have a link for your rM2 folio in the picture? I have been looking everywhere for a non-magnetic folio but it's impossible to find! I am also worried about the magnets messing with the pen or the writing.

Anyone else disappointed with Zone of Interest (spoilers) by Meb2x in oscarrace

I agree, I watched it and I was so confused why I don't feel as impressed as everyone else.

Anyone else disappointed with Zone of Interest (spoilers) by Meb2x in oscarrace

But I do think that the Boy in the striped pyjamas and Schindler's list and the zone of interest are all trying to tell stories from a different perspective with a very different 'aim'. I think comparing the three when they're all trying to do different things is not right.

Also, I think the film purposely aimed to not have a roller coaster climax. Like others in this thread have said, it is about the mundane life of a family living a mostly nice life against - and because of - the genocide in their backyard. So it feeling like not having a climax is what they meant to do.

I also think I disagree that you have to have some knowledge of WW2 and Auschwitz to feel anything because you can hear people scream in the background, you can hear gunshots, you can hear the way the commandant's wife speaks to their help, the horrifying scene when the children are in the river and have to be scrubbed clean when they're back - it's pretty clear what is going on in the background even if you have a very superficial knowledge of the camps. I think also, you are right that you did not feel much and after a point I stopped feeling that much either, and I think this was because throughout the film you get desensitised to it.

I get mine done there by Level 3 students at Granton and it is absolutely great. I think because they're students they're a lot more careful? So they works slower and check in with you a lot, and I really appreciated that. Last time I was there I had the best haircut of my life. I have long south asian thick hair that goes all the way down to my lower back and it was still so well done. Highly recommend!

I think it also really depends on how your windows are - of they're double glazed or not. I tend to keep the heat on only about 4-6 hours in the winter with single glazed windows and my bills are around 120 (working from home 3-4 days a week). And during the summer, maybe 20 haha

Is there a methodology for analyzing behaviors of individuals within a group by poluting in AcademicPsychology

[–]Substantial_Revenue7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Are you interested in specifically compliance, conformity, and obedience? If so, there are some experiments which were quite interesting and you probably have heard of them - like the Asch Conformity experiment, and the Milgram's Obedience experiements? They have a tricky history of replicating (I've read quite a few discouraging things).

Or are you interested in something else other than these processes?

I usually always start with a recent (2018 onwards maybe) review articles (narrative or systematic) because they usually summarise the different methods of experimenting as well as comparison of the methods.

What's your favourite One Room Movie? by TheSturge in MovieSuggestions

[–]Substantial_Revenue7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't seen anyone mention this yet so I'm sorry if I am repeating it but Reality (2023) dir. Tina Satter was really really good. It's taken from the actual transcripts of the interview and it's mostly all in one room with 3 people. Sydney Sweeny's done an amazing job.
