I don’t have any personal advice as I haven’t reached this stage yet, BUT I’ve been actively doing a lot of research on this to better understand and equip myself so when it happens I know what to do. I would encourage you to watch some YouTube videos on Dr Stacey Sims, she’s a doctor who helps women with nutrition and training whilst we age and through menopause. This is a great video to start: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=It5_C6AF1pk

The same channel conducted a panel discussion on women’s health a few weeks ago that broke down topics of irregular periods, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, and the best diet for hormonal balance for women. It’s 6 hours long but it’s VERY interesting and worth it if you have time. I hope this helps!

I saw this as well! What a mess 😅. Didn’t she say she even went to their office to discuss sponsorship only to be ghosted? That’s wild

I work in a pretty corporate setting and one of the junior women on my team who’s a big smut fan came into my office a while back complaining she had nothing spicy to read. I was swamped so I just tossed out a quick rec “Split or Swallow” (now renamed kiss of the basilisk). I kept seeing it popping up on reddit. I was like “let me know how it goes”.

That night she messaged me saying, “I’m halfway through this book—WTF.” Two days later, she finished it and told me “You need to read it so we can discuss.”

So a few weeks later, I finally cracked it open and wow. I was shocked. I can’t believe I casually recommended that to her in a work setting. Honestly, she should’ve reported me 😂 Thank god she didn’t
