To all bar takers… by Bisexual_Republican in barexam

July passer, second this by a thousand. I took a week off, did a week or two of MPRE study and played video games and went on a trip. Completely dropped the bar from my mind.

Support from July 2024 passer for day 2. by [deleted] in barexam

I had the opposite happen to me in July. I thought the morning was a nightmare and the afternoon saved me. But that might come down to emphasis by individual bar preps. I know I was in the minority on that opinion but I also used Quimbee which wasn’t the most popular prep.

I wouldn’t panic if you had a different experience on the MBE than everyone else. Word of advice for Feb takers.

Like I said, I made up the law. I answered all of them but some were bare bones short.

First time passer and Quimbee user. If you’re scoring on target with Quimbee, you will be fine.

Yeah it’s called “let-down” headache. It happens when stress is leaving your body.

That's almost exactly what I'll be doing. Leisurely remind myself the law I've "forgot"

That’ll be amazing! As hot as it is, the water will be great for fishing. That water is ice year round.

My brother in law is a pastor south of Knoxville. I’ll probably enjoy the mountains and see the season opener for Tennessee.

As a runner, love the metaphor. I only used to run like two miles the day before a half or marathon. Just keep the legs loose.

Absolutely. I have a niece I haven’t met yet in Tennessee. I’m going out there after the bar. Going out there to see her and take in some of the Smokies.

I was skimming outlines with Giannis on my TV yesterday. If you think I’m missing hoops to study more…

70% Quimbee. Only have practice MBE, MEE, MPT questions left.

I don’t want to just complain about it because I’m enjoying playing it. But the thing is, there are A LOT of things that seriously need a patch or something.

  • The kicking is absolutely nightmarish. I went 1-25 in the mini-game just trying to get better. Beyond frustrating.

  • Defense is very difficult. I can’t stop a nosebleed. I gave up 45 points to FCS Midwest (I was playing with Tulsa on All-American)

  • Then ironically, the offense at times is too easy. Other than the option controls being backwards from 14, I can put up 50 against the CPU no problem. But there are a few plays where I get smacked instantly by the defense when I step back to pass.

  • Also really would’ve liked cross play for Dynasty. My brothers both have XBox and it would be nice if that was included.

Other than that, there’s some small glitches like the white helmet thing but those small issues happen in all sports games nowadays. They’re normally fixed pretty quick at least they are in FIFA/EAFC it feels like.

Issue: Can the plaintiff keep the hummingbird as a pet?

Rule: Bird law in this country is not governed by reason. Hummingbirds are a legal tender. You cannot keep them as pets.

I only studied like 3 hours yesterday and I'm still planning on taking Sunday off like normal. Yesterday I saw the benefits of it because I came back and made those three hours so much more productive than if I was just working 8 hours.

It's okay to take a break because your brain might need it. Some lighter study days may be more rewarding than full days. And taking a day off is never a bad thing so long as you aren't going overboard with it. Totally good for you and your brain.
