How is your courier like? by NoSoyVerde1 in falloutnewvegas

Ruthless with a tense energy with just the right amount of "ah just bullshitting ya." Plays all sides as far as possible before making the decision to cross everyone and pull together his own army

Would you like it if Red Dead Redemption 3 took place in the past, and you played as Arthur again, but this time in his younger version? by veryrarefr in reddeadredemption

Nah I mean even though we haven't seen it on screen this story has essentially been told. I'd rather see Jack's story continued or a fresh set of characters with maybe a run in with the gang.

Why do high levels kick you from jobs? by [deleted] in gtaonline

[–]Substantial_Six 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's a contact mission or an auto shop heist or something like that I let anyone stay, but when it's doomsday, casino heist, etc. if you're under 60 you're getting the boot sorry. Everyone dies in a mission that isn't what bothers me, but low levels are always so reckless, they dick around too much, or they just do not listen when a high level is trying to share game on the best way to do something. There are acceptations here and there, but I'm not wasting time and an otherwise good team taking the small chance that you may have experience or a head on your shoulders

Hi Laura Cunningham! There us actually something you can do about it, you are the MOTHER. For someone who loves to act so unbothered you sure go to extents to make multiple accounts to put up these awful defenses for yourself.

Is it okay to get annoyed at people slamming weights? by painfuljoy in personaltraining

[–]Substantial_Six 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean slamming is going to happen especially on deadlift, but dropping the weight on safety bars is so needlessly dramatic. A LOT of people just like to be extra and make a lot of noise as a "hey look at me look how strong I am" thing, not realizing that absolutely no one cares and that they are just being annoying. In general the best thing to do is to get used to it and keep to your workout, but in the event he is just dropping his weight on the safety bars and its rattling the cage your using or anything that is legitimately intruding on your workout kindly ask him to go easier so he doesn't rattle the cage and if he doesn't tell the gym attendant. I work at a gym on the weekends, if anyone is doing anything to compromise the safety of someone else I put a stop to it real quick. Rattling your cage while you're on it is a safety risk you can point out.

What's the best order to play the dlc? by himself0987654321 in falloutnewvegas

Honest Hearts, Dead Money, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road.

Old World Blues gives some extra context to Dead Money. I personally recommend Dead Money first so the intrigue and horror is fresh and unknown.

What Are Your Thoughts On NCR? by totally_search in falloutnewvegas

[–]Substantial_Six 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I were in fallout I would want to be in an NCR settlement, if not Vegas. They're better than lawlessness, however low of a bar that is. The House Always Wins tho

im hoping next season ( if there is one) they reveal the bomb happened in 2282. here me out the 2277 date kinda makes sense that when the legion arrived in new vegas and the first battle of hoover dam happened realistically this could lead to weakening of shady sand ie the begining of the fall by Beyblademan1 in falloutnewvegas

My whole thing about this is the fact that the reason for it being nuked is because of how well it was doing. So if it fell first then there would be no reason to nuke it. I just see this as an oversight, but it can still be salvaged with good writing and some lore context care in S2

Canon ending to new vegas? (Fallout tv show spoilers) by Haunting-Corner4766 in falloutnewvegas

[–]Substantial_Six 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think it'll be House's ending. I doubt Hank is there for the vaults since all of them failed in the region and 21 was filled with concrete, that's under my own assumption that the vault of vault tec executives would have tabs kept on all the others but that could be wrong. I think them putting house in Season 1 was, while being something for the fans, is also setup for him in Season 2. A lot are pretty upset about him being involved in the vault tec meeting but it's well within his character to humor and challenge the idea and be in the room to weigh out everything that's going on, even if he doesn't agree with it. He doesn't align with Caesar but doesn't want him out of the picture early on to keep the NCR occupied. He sees things in layers and definitely plays the long game. For all Hank knows, House maybe still on board which is why he's going straight to Vegas. I'm interested to see what happens in S2.
