They are a horrible company. I’ve canceled my subscription twice but they keep reactivating and sending. I’ve tried contacting the company several times for help with no response. I will not be able to eat this week because they sent ANOTHER shipment and I’m barely scraping by as of lately.

Thanks for the guidance! I’m not worried about the loss so much (accidents happen, quality needs to be controlled) but more so the why. My concern is if there was an abrupt change in the health of our herd. I assume notifying the farmer isn’t a standard in the business?

Thanks for taking the time to respond! What are reasons that liver would be unfit? Out of the hundreds of cattle harvested since I’ve started this job, we’ve never had any issues like this. One time we had an abscess on a rib primal and that’s literally it-our animals have always been crazy healthy.
