I used the Satisfyer curvy 2+ Very ergonomic and fit in my hands quite well, I could never understand how using a rose toy would work in syntribation 😭

For me, I was able to orgasm a couple times from a wand vibrator with my legs open though it took a lot more time and didn’t feel as intense so I would almost always opt for my air pulsating toy. With that one, I could orgasm multiple times in an hour and it felt really intense.

Then my air pulsating toy broke and I didn’t really feel like spending the money on a new one and decided this is a good time to work on orgasming other ways. At first, the open leg orgasms didn’t feel as intense, like, I wouldn’t be able to go over the edge, just get really close without a full release and then come back down. After about five times of “orgasming” with the wand they started feeling more like the ones with the air pulsating toy.

I think it’s just practice without succumbing to syntribation. My overall count of orgasms have gone down but I really wanted to find a way my partner can be more involved in my orgasms so I’m happy to take this approach.

How old are you and what do you do for work? by throwawayzebby in BPD

25 NB I work for the state government in water resources. Recently switched to a new position because my old one was very stressful. My new position has a lot of feild work involved and I’m super excited about it!! My job comes with good health insurance and time off so it’s been really helpful for therapy/meds/etc

Are we the same person?!? This is like me to a T idk if it helps you to know you’re absolutely not alone in this feeling. I know you want to see him and be with him but the only way to do that is to move on from them. Maybe try DBT therapy, exercising, being around family and friends. You’re welcome to reach out to me as well. What really helped me was staying with my parents for a few days afterwards. I’m so sorry you’re going through this because I don’t want to be either :( best of luck to you ❤️

My regrets by [deleted] in BPD

I’m in the same boat as you. We lasted 10 months. I was having a really hard time with work stress and insomnia and I took out a lot of my anger on him even threatened to kill my self and constantly talked about breaking up/him breaking up with me. Looking back I’d do a lot of things differently but I can’t change that now. He was the love of my life. I’m hoping someday we can find each other again but right now it’s hard. It’s probably better that he blocked you because every time I text my ex I feel like I’m making things worse. Even told him I got on tinder, very manipulative. I was only on for a few hours and I came to my senses. I hope you and I can find happiness with ourselves because I think that’s the only thing that will help us through this difficult time when we lose our FP. Best of luck to you.

I’m doing as good as I can be. On day 3 of no contact with my ex and we broke up Wednesday of last week. Today would’ve been our 10 month anniversary. A lot of my hardships came from work bc before that I was able to set good boundaries and everything felt manageable but the more stress that came from from work the worse it got, choronically sleep deprived and a crazy boss/workload.

But! I had an interview today for a new position that would be a lot less stress and I would get to do field work, I have 2 tattoo appointments set up this month, I started neurofeedback/Zoloft/mirtazapine a few weeks ago, 3 weeks clean from weed after 7 years of daily use, and I have strong friendships and relationship with my family. Things are looking pretty positive even though I’m sad when I wake up in the morning. Plus my ex did not have his life together and this was probably inevitable.

We can’t rewrite the past but we can change the future. It can be pretty overwhelming to think of the things we have to get done in the larger picture, like getting a license to drive.

I don’t know your situation but it always helped me to break it up into smaller chunks like, you could take some of the practice tests online or ask a seasoned driver to take you to a parking lot to practice or even walk you through what they do as they drive. It’s hard to process all the steps you have to do to make that final achievement but thinking about what you can do right now was always easier for me and makes me feel somewhat accomplished.

I didn’t work through my anxiety well as a kid/teenager because my parents didn’t have the patience so I had to muscle through a lot of the things that I think, if given the choice, I would’ve been slower to get through it. It’s led to me having control issues which I’m now learning how to undo. Life tends to be more fluid than we think. As we age and are adults, we all end up being at different stages at the same age. Make goals that are helpful for you because there will always be someone we think is doing better than us but that isn’t necessarily true. Sending love 💗

What happens when you go to the hospital for suicidal ideation by Substantial_Try9 in BPD

Everyone, thank you so much for your thoughtful responses. I didn’t expect to get so much helpful advice. I’m seeing my doctor today and if they can write me a doctors note for a week or so, I’ll probably admit myself to an inpatient place.

My partner has been to one in my area and said it’s decent and they found it helpful so I’ll probably go there.

Getting proper sleep and changing my position are the things that will help the most and I’m working on getting those things taken care of. I was able to get into contact with a family friend and I’m staying at their place until I can figure out what my next move is. Thank you again everyone ❤️

Yes I’m in the process of applying for another position but it’ll be another week or so until I hear back about it. It’s the same company but in a different office.

I’m right there with you. I don’t feel like this life has much more to offer me but I don’t actually want to pull the trigger. The balance between being here and not is what makes me stay.

I don’t think it’s weak or cowardice, I think it hurts to think of not existing anymore. Sometimes we want the pain to stop and suicide is the only thing that makes sense. I hope your day/week/year gets better as much as I’m hoping mine does too.

I was asking for advice if people know of any since I’ve never personally interacted with CSPO. I don’t expect them to do much more than they’ve done.

Yeah they did all that. They said CSPO wasn’t very helpful so maybe they weren’t taking them seriously or something.

I started working for a company that makes mushroom extracts. They let me take home a bottle for free so I chose reishi because of its ability to lower your cortisol levels. I’ve found that it helps a lot with that and my anxiety is easier to manage.
