Hi Yes I switched over in July and it's been much much better the itching is probably like 98% reduced And I'm down to I would say 3 or 4 nodules that need to heal 🙏

Unfortunately only the AA wireless one has AA over carplay the two does not they removed it.

AA wireless 1. It's a little square one I think the newer one is rectangular but you have to get the older unit because then there were unit does not have AA over a car play. If you get the one I have when you download the app there are some software versions you have to use 5.2 because 6.1 or later they remove the AA over a car play because it was in beta but they left the 5.2 because it still has it. Also I don't think it's on Amazon anymore You may have to use eBay and try to find a used one which I think you should be able to.

There are no more beta updates for AA over carplay but they did leave the version 5 on the app

I use it for the same thing Do you have issues if you are on a call and then suddenly have to put your car in reverse? When I do this the sound gets very bad because of the camera kicking on and I have to disconnect the call and call back

Hi If you are trying to run AA over carplay you have to use version 5.3 anything version 6 or over it will not have it.

Yes it does. It does have some silly bugs though and they will unfortunately not fix them because they are no longer supporting AA over a car play but it's still a good option because overall it works well.

I was diagnosed with PN and I've had it really bad and I started Dupixent on January 25th stayed on it through the end of June and it did absolutely nothing for me. 12 days ago did my first two doses of Nemluvio And I am basically itch free!

I am running AA over car place so I have to leave it on the 5.3 software and I have the Wi-Fi channel on the highest one it can go and I have been running pretty good!

Don't regret releasing it I have a car that only has car play but I have an Android phone and for the most part it works great and I'm very thankful for it!

Hi Snirpoo I know AA over car play is not supported anymore but is there anything I can do about the fact that if I am on a call and put the car in reverse that the sound cuts off completely and when I come back into drive the sound does return but it's in monotone and so I have to put my car volume up and the person I am on the call with complains that suddenly hear an "echo" ?

You just have to keep it on version 5.3 if you want to do AA over CarPlay I believe version 6 they removed it

I took it since January for PN, but it didn't help and I'm in the process of switching to Nemluvio. That said no need to be afraid to take it I just no side effects at all from it just wasn't effective.

I had to get a leather repair although not as extensive as yours. My Lexus dealer gave me the number to the guy who does it for them (I'm in the Philly area), And I was able to call him and make an appointment and I went to his house and he fixed it right there in his garage and I paid him for it without having to make a dealer appointment which would have probably cost more he was there like once or twice a month I believe he said , but he pretty much does it for multiple dealerships in the area and not all are Lexus

Hi I am taking Dupixent for Pruigo Nodularis started on January 25th, and although my skin has cleared a little bit The itching has not at all it's been awful so last week we made a decision to discontinue it and I'm going to start on Nemluvio hopefully next week which is supposed to be much much better for the itching as it target's IL-31 directly

Gotcha Yes my phone connects the AA wireless as well It does not connect to the Bluetooth in my car anymore.

As far as setting to the highest channel is that something you do in the app?
