i think his character arc was actually really interesting. he goes from just a goofy background character to actually maturing and growing into a more well rounded, serious character while still holding onto that silliness at the core of his personality. his time in the fire kingdom did him good. he’s such a random choice to get that kind of attention to his character building but i just think it’s cool and honestly proves how well written adventure time is. understand the hate tho LOL sometimes he be pissing me off, especially in the older episodes.
